A PASMO compatible with auto-charge has been mailed to your home. Can I use it right away?

It can be used, but it will not be autocharged as it is.
Please come to the station or Customer Service Center with the PASMO and the postcard (notification) that you have received. After the staff confirms, the auto charge function is set.
After that, when you first use it at the railway ticket gate (at the time of entry), the set amount will be automatically charged.
If you use the bus first or use a railway PASMO compatible ticket vending machine, you will need to charge cash.
