light motor vehicles tax (keijidosha-zei) (by type) is taxed on the owner, so please declare it within 15 days from the time you own it, regardless of whether you use or not the vehicle. If the procedure is not completed, the previous owner may be notified of the light motor vehicles tax (keijidosha-zei) (by type).
