The transfer documents must be prepared by the heir. Please prepare documents that indicate that the owner has died (such as death certificate) and documents that identify the heir (such as a copy of certificate of family register) and carry out the procedures at the Address Ward and City Hall of acquaintances and friends.
※Please check with the ward office of the transferee in advance.
