The motorbike sign (license plate) has been stolen. What should I do?

After notifying police department, please promptly re-issue at the ward office where the sign (license plate) was issued.
The procedures at each ward office are as follows.
①Please report the theft to police department. In that case, please confirm the receipt number and write it down.
②Bring a memo of the receipt number of the theft report, a signing certificate (if it is not lost), and a thing that can confirm the identity of the reporter (driver's license, etc.), and sign ( Please apply at the light motor vehicles tax (keijidosha-zei) in charge of the ward office Tax Division, which issued the license plate). ※The signing certificate is a document issued when you give the sign (license plate).
