NO.27 "Recruitment of Hodogaya Ward Official Mascot Design University!"

On Tuesday, February 18, "Hodogaya Ward Official Mascot Design University Recruitment!" A certificate of commendation and a supplementary prize were presented to Hana Adachi, who won the highest award.
When applying, Adachi expanded his image by seeing Indian spot-billed duck swimming in a river flowing near his house.
He smiled and expressed his thoughts to be a mascot loved by everyone. .
New mascot character and Mr. Adachi
This mascot has a ward mark, ward flower violets, and historical elements, and is designed to represent Hodogaya. I'm glad that the adorable mascot was born.
To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the constituency system in 2027, Hodogaya Ward will work together with the residents of the city. The name of this mascot will be decided by voting, so please join us.
