（2） Copy of receipt for electricity bills, etc. (for April 2025)
（3） A copy of the breakdown table for electricity bill consolidation (for April 2025)
※ If you do not have a breakdown table (such as a small number of lights), please submit a copy of the receipt for all lights.

　 About group receiving grant of local action promotion costs subsidy in 2024, presentation of the next documents is necessary. Please note that if you do not submit performance report documents, you will not be able to issue subsidies for 2025.
