Isogo Ward provides subsidies for the installation and repair of bulletin boards maintained by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.

2 Expenses to be subsidized
Expenses related to new construction (including rebuilding), repair, and relocation, which improve the effectiveness of the bulletin board compared to existing installation locations
※In the case of rebuilding, the cost of removing the bulletin board is not eligible for assistance.
※Repairs include repairs.
※It also supports the establishment of new electronic bulletin boards (digital signage).
　There are conditions in the range of assistance (such as when communication costs are required), so be sure to consult us in advance when applying.

3 Subsidy amount
(1) New construction (including rebuilding)
・Two-thirds of subsidized expenses
・Subsidy limit 100,000 yen (200,000 yen for electronic bulletin boards)
(2) Repairs and relocations that improve the effectiveness of the bulletin board compared to existing installation locations
・Two-thirds of subsidized expenses
・Subsidy limit: 40,000 yen
※If a fraction of less than 1,000 yen occurs in the subsidy amount, it will be rounded down.

4 Application Period
April 1, Reiwa 7 (Tuesday)-January 30, 2018 (Friday)
If you wish to apply, please submit it to Isogo Ward Office Regional Promotion Division after attaching required documents to the application form (Form No. 1) within the application period.
※Applications from the same Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations must be made up to twice.

※Be sure to apply for a grant before starting construction, and obtain a subsidy grant decision letter (second style) before proceeding with construction.
※If you are within the subsidy limit, you can apply for multiple bulletin boards. However, it is not possible to duplicate applications for new construction (including rebuilding), repairs, and relocations that improve the effectiveness of the bulletin board compared to existing installation locations.
※The amount of assistance is within the budget. As we perform examination sequentially from thing which received application, we may not be able to issue subsidy depending on application situation.

<In case of urgent need to repair the bulletin board>
As a general rule, we ask that the construction of the bulletin board be performed after the date of the subsidy grant decision letter.
If the bulletin board is damaged due to a disaster or accident and there is a danger and it is necessary to repair it urgently, you may be able to apply after construction.
In that case, be sure to inform Regional Promotion Division by telephone or other means before construction.
