Izumi Ward evacuation shelter Operation Manual (model)
This is a manual template that allows you to describe the contents according to the actual situation of each site. It is possible to clarify the rules determined for each location, such as timelines that show actions during disasters in chronological order, and specific measures for toilets. By preparing a manual, it is possible to smoothly take over when officers are replaced, and to make efforts sustainable.

Izumi Ward evacuation shelter Training Guidelines
In order to minimize confusion in the event of a large-scale earthquake and to facilitate the opening of the evacuation shelter, it is important to conduct training on a daily basis so that anyone in the Steering Committee can attend the meeting.
We conducted training focusing on the preparation of the establishment of a base and the acceptance of refugee, and based on the results of the training, we prepared guidelines for training so that each evacuation shelter could lead to manual preparation. Please use it as a reference for conducting training according to the actual situation of each steering committee.
