1.Overview

2.Test results
- Appearance: A black mold-like substance was attached to the surface of a corn grain of 10 x 8 mm in size.
- Optical Transmission Microscope: A large number of round fine particles were observed.
- Scanning electron microscope: Particles with a size of about 10 μm, spherical shape and many protrusions on the surface were observed.
- Fungi test: A black spore has been recognized.
3.Conclusion
It was thought that corn contaminated (black spores) was mixed in the black spore.
4.Reference
Black spear disease: Styloid disease with malformation of plant body.
