1.Overview

2.Results of the survey

  • Appearance: Size 7mm x 6mm x 4mm, weight 110mg and size 7mm x 6mm x 4mm, weight 88mg
  • Combustion: It burned with a burning smell of protein, leaving white ash.
  • Mirror examination: When it was enlarged, a large number of fine holes were found on the surface.
  • Infrared spectroscopy: A similar spectrum was observed when the tarako was used as a control product.

It was presumed to have been altered.

4.Reference

Skesodara has several eggs in the ovaries, and during the spawning season, eggs are periodically matured and spawned, and spawned many times during the spawning season. Due to changes in the environment such as seawater temperature, or physiological abnormalities of the fish body due to malnutrition, etc., it seems that the egg tissue that was not spawned was covered with a new egg tissue before it collapsed or absorbed.
