1.Overview
There was something like a black mold in the udon.

2.Test results
- Appearance: Black triangular chunk of 10mm x 8mm in size and 0.37g in weight
- Mirror examination: When cut, the center was a mass of white particles, and the surrounding area was black.
- Others Positive iodine starch reaction, positive iron qualitative reaction positive
3.Conclusion
It was presumed that the surroundings became black due to metal (iron) in a lump of flour.
