Konan Ward Youth Instructors' Council

On Saturday, February 22, we held "Konan Sunflower Pick 2025" in Konan Fureai Park!
On the day, about 500 people participated in the morning and afternoon, and enjoyed 10 kinds of sports competitions and games.
In addition, the event ended with great success, thanks to seven junior high school volunteers helping with the operation with 80 youth instructors. .
The next event is scheduled for March 2026, so please look forward to it!

This is an annual fun event in which Konan Ward Youth Instructors run 10 different sports competitions and games.✨✨

"Let's work with the next generation and support the young power of Konan Ward."
Under the slogan above, the Konan Ward Youth Instructors' Council organizes and supports events related to youth, publishes public relations magazines such as the Aosashi Newsletter, conducts surveys on the social environment and patrols.

We carry out games for children at the venue of "Konan Children's Dream World" held every fall.
In 2023, about 1,500 people came and enjoyed eight games!

This is a game event that runs 10 types of sports competitions and games and aims to achieve high scores in each competition. It is called "Konan Sunflower Pick" because you can experience the official events of the Paralympic Games. In addition, volunteers who run events together, mainly junior high school students, are active.
