About park
In the park, actions that could injure others are prohibited.
It is possible if it does not disturb other users, such as a small number of catch balls, etc., and there is no danger of danger, but full-scale practice using bats etc. or games played by more than a dozen people Please refrain from.
Gateball and ground golf occupy some places in the park, but we judge that it is "free use" from the viewpoint that it can be used while giving away with other users.
Therefore, please avoid using the entire park exclusively throughout the day or extending the range to places with playground equipment used by children.
In principle, vehicles such as bicycles are not allowed to enter the park.
When children practice bicycles or pass through the park by bicycle, pay attention to other users and take care of other users, such as getting off the bicycle if necessary. .
Domestic dogs are determined to be moored in the "Yokohama City Ordinance on the Protection and Management of Animals". There is no exception in the park, and dogs cannot be released.
Recently, there have been many complaints about releasing dogs, and signs and other signs call attention to no-reed owners, but if it still doesn't improve, consult Public Works Office or Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division.
Commercial fireworks for children are possible, but please refrain from launching fireworks such as rocket fireworks, firecrackers, etc. that may harm others. Also, please be aware that making noises or scattering garbage while fireworks may bother nearby and other users.
In the park, in principle, you cannot use fire to conduct grilled potatoes or barbecues outside the dedicated barbecue area.
However, the event may be permitted only when an organization such as the Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, and the Park Protection Association holds an event for community exchange. For more information, please contact Public Works Office.
In familiar parks where the park protection society is located, we cooperate with the park protection society in daily cleaning and weeding. Parks and slopes with a large area are mowing once or twice a year, mainly in garden roads and plazas. If you notice, please contact Public Works Office.
Trees in the park are pruned about once every multiple years, depending on the type of tree, for the purpose of healthy growth of trees.
In addition, if the branches cross the border of an adjacent private house, or if the branches and leaves are too busy and the visibility in the park is poor, the branches are cut preferentially.
If you contact Public Works Office, we will check the situation and take measures such as cutting branches if necessary.
We ask that you take the garbage in the park home, and since September 1, 2003, we have decided to remove the trash can of the nearby park in principle, so please understand.
If the dirt is severe due to cat dung or dangerous goods such as glass are contained, check the site and remove those foreign substances, and replenish the sand if the sand is reduced. However, we do not disinfect sand.
In addition, we ask for your cooperation, such as having users remove the dung.
Please contact Public Works Office for emergency measures and repairs as soon as possible if there is a risk of injury or other danger.
In addition, for playground equipment that may clearly cause injury, it is helpful to display a poster such as "No use" even before the office hits the site.
There are various playground equipment depending on the target age and type, such as for infants and elementary school students.
In addition, when we install playground equipment, we need space for security, and setting of playground equipment narrows open space and the use situation of park may change.
We would like you to consult with the relevant Public Works Office and discuss with the people who use the park, such as the Park Protection Association and the Neighborhood Associations.
It is installed in parks where there is a high need for toilets, such as parks with many users from far away and parks with facilities to stay for a long time, such as baseball fields, but in other parks, troubles due to usage manners are caused. Basically, it is not installed because it is often used.
However, it can be installed if conditions such as the understanding of the people living in the vicinity can be obtained and the certain area are met.
There is request from area, there are many users, and we install sequentially from park which seems to have high setting effect.
Currently, there are many requests for the establishment of dog runs, and we are working on the implementation of local use in Aoba Ward. We are currently examining what kind of impact and effects can actually be expected regarding the understanding of the neighborhood, the operation method, and the method of dealing with troubles.
In order to set up a dog run in the park early, the following items are conditioned so as not to hinder the use of other users. I would like to ask your dog lovers for their daily support and cooperation.
- To gain the understanding of the neighbors
- Being able to operate by an organization
- Having enough space in the park
(A park of approximately 10,000 square meters or more, and the use area of dog run is approximately 1,000 square meters.)
