FeaturesIt is distributed all over Japan and grows in sunny mountains. The height grows to 1-2 meters and its shape is similar to sugarcane, so it can be mistaken. Japanese pampas grass is used as a decoration for the fifteenth night moon viewing and is also known as one of the seven autumn herbs (Japanese pampas grass, Hagi, golden lace, Kuzu, nadeshiko dianthus, balloon flower and thoroughwort). It is a plant that informs you of the arrival of autumn.
