FY2022 Naka Ward Management Policy

Basic goals
Naka Ward, a town where everyone realizes peace of mind and vitality
It's good to live, work, and visit.
- Protect the safety and security of living by giving top priority to measures against COVID-19 infection.
- By communicating the appeal of the city and deepening our attachment to Naka Ward, we will promote regional energy, connections, and economic revitalization with a view to the post-COVID-19 era.
- While local people support each other, we will promote the development of a symbiotic society where everyone can live forever in the area where they are accustomed to living.
- While capturing changes in the needs of inhabitants of a ward, we will promote initiatives that are conscious of the SDGs, improvement of citizen services, and digitalization initiatives for improving work efficiency.
Measures to achieve the targets
To achieve the “Basic Goals”, we will promote our business under the “Five Pillars”.
1 Town development for safe, secure and healthy living
In addition to protecting daily lives, we will promote the development of towns that can respond to emergencies with a view to workers and visitors.
2 Town development to support each other from children to the elderly
We will promote community development to support and help each other so that everyone can continue their own life in the area where they live.
3 Multicultural Community Development
Regardless of nationality or roots, we will promote the development of a diverse city where we can respect each other and live alive.
4. Town development full of vitality in the region
We will promote the development of a vibrant and energetic town where independent initiatives by people and towns spread.
5. Creating a ward office that stays close to the community and acts together
We cope with needs of inhabitant of a ward with sense of speed and push forward the making of ward office which emphasized viewpoint of inhabitant of a ward.
Organizational management to achieve the goals
In order to efficiently and effectively promote “measures to achieve targets”, we will enhance “three powers”.
1 Power of each employee
From the viewpoint of inhabitants of a ward, by providing administrative services accurately and promptly while responding to changes in the times and the external environment, we will improve satisfaction with ward administration and grow ourselves.
2 Power of the Workplace
We will work on risk management and work style reforms to further bring out the power of our staff. While recognizing the diversity of staff, we will foster a culture of human resource development and enhance team power.
3 Comprehensive Strength of All Naka Ward
We will work to realize a sustainable local community with the comprehensive power of "All Naka Ward" by strengthening cooperation and cooperation among departments and deepening collaboration and co-creation with diverse people, companies and organizations.
