FY2024 Naka Ward Management Policy

　Naka Ward, a town where everyone realizes peace of mind and vitality
It's good to live, work, and visit.

We will develop various measures to realize the Yokohama Medium-Term Plan. We will promote the development of a disaster-resistant town where everyone can feel safe, and then work on "connection" and "creating the bustle of the town" to further cooperate and revitalize the region based on the Naka Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan. In addition, we aim to create a symbiotic society that is easy to raise children.
For the success of "GREEN x EXPO 2027", the ward office will work together to foster momentum and realize a decarbonized society. As Naka Ward celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2027, we will work with local residents and related organizations to create a lively and vibrant city.
We listen to "voice" of inhabitants of a ward this year and push forward the making of ward office to snuggle up with inhabitants of a ward with sense of speed.

In order to achieve the “Basic Goals”, we will establish “five pillars”.

In addition to protecting daily lives, we will promote the development of towns that can respond to emergencies with a view to workers and visitors.

We will promote community development to support and help each other so that everyone can continue their own life in the area where they live.

Regardless of nationality or roots, we will promote the development of a diverse city where we can respect each other and live alive.

We will promote the development of a vibrant and energetic town where independent initiatives by people and towns spread.

We will promote the creation of a ward office that acts with a sense of speed and flexibility in the needs of residents and local problems while utilizing the power of digital.

In order to efficiently and effectively promote “measures to achieve targets”, we will enhance “three powers”.

We will develop human resources that draw out the motivation and abilities of each person so that they can sensitively feel changes in the social environment and continue to challenge from the perspective of residents.

We will always realize flexible and flexible organizational management in order to provide the most appropriate administrative services from the viewpoint of "overall optimization" and "creation / conversion".
