FY2023 Naka Ward Management Policy
Basic goals
Naka Ward, a town where everyone realizes peace of mind and vitality
It's good to live, work, and visit.
In Naka Ward, based on the basic strategy of "Yokohama City Mid-Term Plan 2022-2025," the ward office will work together to achieve its basic goals.
While having the viewpoint of "child and child care support", we will promote safe and secure town development, town development full of liveliness and vitality, and the creation of connections for the realization of a symbiotic society. In addition to linking each measure to the promotion of the SDGs, we will also utilize digital technologies to enhance the convenience of residents.
We will snuggle up with inhabitants of a ward this year and push forward the making of trusted ward office.
Measures to achieve the targets
In order to achieve the “Basic Goals”, we will establish “five pillars”.
Town development for safe, secure and healthy living
In addition to protecting daily lives, we will promote the development of towns that can respond to emergencies with a view to workers and visitors.
Town development to support each other from children to the elderly
We will promote community development to support and help each other so that everyone can continue their own life in the area where they live.
Multicultural Community Development
Regardless of nationality or roots, we will promote the development of a diverse city where we can respect each other and live alive.
Town development full of local vitality
We will promote the development of a vibrant and energetic town where independent initiatives by people and towns spread.
Creating a ward office that stays close to the community and acts together
We cope with needs of inhabitant of a ward and local trouble with sense of speed and flexibility and push forward the making of ward office which emphasized viewpoint of inhabitant of a ward.
Organizational management to achieve the goals
In order to efficiently and effectively promote “measures to achieve targets”, we will enhance “three powers”.
The power of each employee
We will develop human resources that draw out the motivation and abilities of each person so that we can sensitively feel changes in the social environment and continue to challenge from the viewpoint of inhabitants of the ward.
Power of the Workplace
Realize flexible and flexible organizational management in order to provide the most appropriate administrative services from the perspective of overall optimization.
Comprehensive power of the All Naka Ward
We will promote collaboration and co-creation with diverse people, companies, and organizations, and work to realize a sustainable local community with the comprehensive power of All Naka Ward.
