　On November 12, Nishi Ward community development University opened its doors on the theme of "creating regional connections." This term, 18 people from various ages are participating.
　Nishi Ward community development University is a series of four lectures in which those who are interested in local activities and those who want to improve their own town can learn how to create attractiveness and solve local issues. In the course, in addition to observing examples of activities while walking around the city, you will create and try a “challenge plan” that you want to do. In addition, seniors of local activities and the chairman of the neighborhood also participate as instructors so that students can continue for a long time when they start their activities by connecting with those who are already active.
　Many graduates have begun various activities, such as setting up local places such as exchange cafes and children's cafeterias, and holding exchange meetings with international students and flower workshops. . If the local people are connected, all the residents feel cozy, and there is a city where they want to continue living here, there is no such wonderful thing.
　 I hope that everyone who participated this time will play an active role in making Nishi Ward a more attractive area.
