It's fun! May 5 Goromaru Tomb Festival

　Goromaru, along with the night when Minamoto no Yoritomo hunted Fuji in May 1193, when the Soga brothers defeated his father's revenge, Kudo Yusuke, the enemy of his father. After guiding the Soga brothers to the Yukei House and helping the younger brother of Samurai Gomune.
　The Goshogoromaru Tomb was donated to Yokohama City in 1963, and was registered as aGoshoyama City Regional Historic Site in 1963.
　On the day of the grave festival, we were blessed with fine weather, and we saw children carrying portable shrine floats and walking around the area, full of smiles from many people.
　I think that the reason why the Tomb Festival can be held safely every year is that the Goshoyama Town Association is dedicated to daily management, such as cleaning graves and surrounding areas, and protects the historic graves. Thank you very much.
　We will continue to cherish the tradition and history of Nishi Ward and pass it on to the next generation.
