　On Saturday, July 6, the 74th Nishi Ward Promotion Conference, a major event to promote rehabilitation activities aimed at a society free from crime and delinquency, was held. On behalf of the Prime Minister's message transmission ceremony to the Director General of Nishi, the Nishi Ward BBS Association read out the message. From the heartfelt reading, the extraordinary feelings of rehabilitation protection activities were transmitted, and my heart was heated. I would like to thank the Nishi Ward Conservation Chair, the Nishi Ward Rehabilitation Women's Association and the Nishi Ward BBS Association for their hard work every day, and hope that this movement will reach the residents of the ward, and the ward office will continue to work together with you to realize a safe, secure and bright society.
　Also, on this day, the “Fifth District Junior Volunteer 5 Appointment Ceremony” was held. A total of 57 elementary and junior high school students have been appointed as volunteers, and will continue to volunteer at various local events. . While the shortage of workers was an issue, the appointed children seemed full of hope and very reliable. Thank you very much for the efforts of the fifth district and the school officials who support this initiative.
　In addition, the performances of the wadaiko Club and Sign Language Club of Okano Junior High School, the art club that created the signboard, the Hiranuma Marching Band, and the athlete group "Mastle 8", which excelled at the top of karate and gymnastics, were wonderful.
