It's fun! November 17 Minatomirai Honmachi Elementary School supplementary refuge operation and opening training

　On Sunday, November 17, we held disaster drill with local residents at Minato Mirai Honmachi Elementary School.
　Minato Mirai Honmachi Elementary School is a temporary elementary school, not evacuation shelter, but plays the same role as evacuation shelter in the event of an earthquake. Therefore, following last year, we held the second disaster drill.
　In addition to school staff and local residents, elementary school studenｔ, a fourth-year student at Minato Mirai Honmachi Elementary School, also participated in the training. We checked how to use disaster prevention equipment such as generators with local residents and children, and created a division in the gymnasium to accept refugee. Finally, we exchanged opinions with the participants.
　It was impressive to see the children working hard on how to use disaster prevention equipment while sweating their foreheads in a cheerful atmosphere with a maximum temperature of 23 ° C on the day. We want to aim at improvement of local disaster prevention power of Minato Mirai district with all of you by deepening connection with ward, school, area and children in future.
