It's fun! March 4 Eating Habits Improvement Promotion Member (Healthmate) Training Course Completion Ceremony

　On Tuesday, March 4, a ceremony was held in Nishi Ward Office for the training course for improving dietary habits. This course is a training course for "Health Mate", a volunteer who promotes health related to food in the community. A total of eight lectures from September to March, covering a wide range of topics such as eating habits, exercise, and oral health. I took it.
　On the day, there was a presentation for each group about the cooking training that was first conducted in February. Each group was designed to be able to eat colorful and nutritionally balanced according to the background of the target person, such as the "working / child-raising generation" and the "fruit generation". After the presentation, a certificate of completion was given to the students. The radiant expression of everyone who completed the half-year course was very impressive.
　I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nishi Ward Healthmates for their cooperation in organizing the course. In addition, I hope that all of you who attend this course will continue to promote health through food as a member of Nishi Ward Health Mate.
