Date and time of the event	From 9:30 am on Monday, June 15, 2015 (planned to take about 2 hours)
Venue	Sakae public hall and Sakae Sports Center
Number of participants	No more than 3 people in each group. However, if a joint venture (hereinafter referred to as “consortium”) is planned by multiple corporations, etc., the entire constituent group will be considered as one organization.
How to apply	Please fill out required items on the application form (Attachment 24) and send it to Sakae Ward Regional Promotion Division by e-mail by 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2015. ※The application has been closed.
Notes	◆On the day of the event, we will not distribute materials such as application guidelines and business standards, so please print out the materials from the Sakae Ward website and bring them with you. ◆When applying for a joint venture, employees (staffs) of all constituent organizations must participate. On the day, we will check the documents (business cards) that prove that you are an employee (employee). ◆Organizations that fall under “9 (5) I disqualification items” in the application guidelines cannot participate. ◆We do not limit visiting the museum on days other than on-site tours and application briefings, but we will not respond to any guidance or questions. In any case, the photographing and recording of documents in the office is prohibited.
