Number of participants	No more than 3 people in each group. However, if a joint venture (hereinafter referred to as “consortium”) is planned by multiple corporations, etc., the entire constituent group will be considered as one organization.
How to apply	By Thursday, June 8, please fill out the application form for the “Kamigo Yazawa Community House Designated Administrator Application Form” and submit it to Sakae Ward Regional Promotion Divisionrequired items by e-mail. ※Applications for local briefings and application briefings have been closed.
Notes	◆We will not distribute materials such as application guidelines on the day, so please print out the materials from the Sakae Ward website and bring them with you. ◆On the day, we will check the documents (business cards) that prove that you are an employee (employee). ◆Organizations that fall under “8 (2) Disqualification Items” in the application guidelines cannot participate. ◆We do not limit visiting the museum on days other than on-site tours and application briefings, but we will not respond to any guidance or questions. Also, in any case, shooting in the office is prohibited.
