Notification of out-of-area attendance
When enrolling in a national or private elementary or junior high school / If you are already enrolled
New 1st grade elementary school students, new 1st grade junior high school students, entrance from middle of grade
- You will need to submit a "Notice of Study Abroad" to Totsuka Ward Office Family Registry Division Registration Section.
- For first-year elementary school students and first-year junior high school students, mail can also be accepted. For detailed information, see the report of attendance at school mail submission out of the area.
- When submitting the notification, please bring the letter of consent or admission issued by the principal of the school you are enrolling in.
※In the case of enrollment in the middle of the school year, it is necessary to notify the school where you were enrolled.
When a person enrolled in a national or private elementary or junior high school moves in from a place other than Totsuka Ward
- You will be required to submit a “Notice of Out-of-Area Enrollment” at the same time as the Address transfer procedure.
- At the time of notification, please bring something that can prove that you are enrolled (enrollment consent form, admission permit, copy of student handbook, etc.).
