New enrollment (when entering an elementary or junior high school in Yokohama City)

I will enter the school from April when I am 6 years old. admission to municipal school has been mailed to parents around October 15. The notice contains the school you are attending, the date and time of physical checkup at school, and the date of the entrance ceremony.

• Shipping admission to municipal school (October 15)
• At each school, physical checkup (from late October to early December) ※After this, you will be informed about the date and time of the admission briefing.
• Admission briefings at each school (from late January to February)
• Entrance ceremony (around April 5)

※If there is a plan to transfer to Address between the date of physical checkup and the entrance ceremony, and the elementary school you are enrolling in changes, you should, in principle, take the physical checkup at the designated elementary school.
