Hen history / origin
A town newly established from each part of Ondacho, Kamoshidacho, and Naracho with the enforcement of the land readjustment project in 1976. In the old days, it was in Tana-mura, Tsuzuki-gun and Naka-Satomura. Transferred from Midori Ward following the reorganization of administrative districts in 1994. The name of the town is Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine, which is adjacent to the northwestern side of this area, recommended by Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine in Osaka, and is named "Sumiyoshidai" because it leads to "livable".
