• Watching and supporting each other in familiar areas and creating connections
• Creating an environment that recognizes diversity and seeks help in case of trouble.
• Creating a system that allows people to easily start local activities
• We will further strengthen the disaster prevention capabilities of the town's disaster prevention organization (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc.) and promote community support's efforts.
• Creating a safe and secure town that integrates disaster prevention, anti-crime program and traffic safety

• Promotion of immigration and settlement promotion by taking advantage of Asahi Ward's potential
• Fostering momentum for holding the Yokohama International Horticultural Expo
• Dissemination of charms such as Shigetada Hatakeyama and other cultural and historical assets

• Effectively disseminate various challenges that are spreading in the region, promote partner collaboration, and accelerate solutions to complex issues.
• Enlightenment so that each inhabitant of the ward can understand and work on the SDGs philosophy.

• We welcome all of you coming to the agency warmly and carry out accurate, kind and polite administrative services.
• We will work to develop an ICT environment suitable for local activities and administrative operations.

• We will work to solve regional issues by cooperating with various partners and utilizing new methods and styles.
• We raise dispatch power of the staff to spread effective approach to the whole ward and utilize.

• The staff cooperates across the board to solve issues and promote the creation of an organization that grows together.
• Promote work-life balance so that all staff can maximize their abilities.
