FY2022 Asahi Ward Management Policy
Basic goals
For many people, including the child-raising generation
Realization of “Hometown Asahi” that continues to be selected
Three pillars of measures to achieve the targets
Safety and Security
〇 Further strengthen the disaster prevention capabilities of the town's disaster prevention organization (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc.) and promote community support's efforts.
〇 Creating Safe and Secure Towns by Promoting Disaster Prevention, anti-crime program and Traffic Safety Measures
〇 Watching and supporting each other in familiar areas and promoting the creation of connections
Regional Power
〇 Creation of regional vitality through various challenges and support of startups in the region
〇 Creating an environment that recognizes diversity, raises voices when in trouble, and supports each other.
Creation of Attractiveness
〇 Dissemination of attractiveness utilizing the environment that is familiar with water, greenery, flowers, and agriculture
〇 Dissemination of cultural and historical assets, including Shigetada Hatakeyama, a warlord related to Asahi Ward
〇 Creating attractiveness to promote immigration and settlement triggered by the direct connection of the Sotetsu Line to the city center
Organizational management to achieve the goals

〇 We listen to the voices of each inhabitant of a ward well and carry out services that meet needs accurately, promptly and carefully.
〇 In response to changes in local needs and the social environment, we will work to utilize new methods and styles and improve efficient and effective business execution.

〇 We will promote cooperation and collaboration with partners such as diverse people, companies, and organizations, and challenge local issues and create new value.
〇 Through duties of ward or district charge system, we share the actual situation and problem of district and support local independent approach.

〇 Work on human resource development, work-life balance, and work style reform so that staff can maximize their motivation and abilities.
