Basic goals
For many people, including the child-raising generation
Realization of “Hometown Asahi” that continues to be selected
Three pillars of measures to achieve the targets
Safety and Security
〇 Further strengthen the disaster prevention capabilities of the town's disaster prevention organization (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc.) and promote community support's efforts.
〇 Creating Safe and Secure Towns by Promoting Disaster Prevention, anti-crime program and Traffic Safety Measures
〇 Nurturing the next generation, watching and supporting each other in familiar areas where everyone can continue to live with peace of mind, and promoting the creation of connections
Regional Power
〇 Creating an environment that recognizes diversity, raises voices when in trouble, and supports each other.
〇 Support tailored to individual needs, from pregnancy to infants and young people, and throughout the region, so that children can be raised happily and with peace of mind in the community.
Creating an environment where children can be brought up and grown through various experiences
〇 Creation of regional vitality through various challenges and support of startups in the region
〇 Promote cooperation with various partners such as local activity groups, companies and universities, and solve complex issues.
Creation of Attractiveness
〇 Promote efforts to foster momentum for the 2027 International Horticultural Expo
〇 Dissemination of attractiveness utilizing the environment, culture and historical property that can be familiar with water, greenery, flowers, and agriculture.
〇 Creating attractiveness for promoting immigration and settlement, including the child-rearing generation
Organizational management to achieve the goals
Trusted ward office
〇 Providing accurate, prompt, courteous and friendly services, and improving the environment of the government building, administrative services from the perspective of residents of the city.
We will steadily promote this.
〇 In response to changes in local needs and the social environment, we will utilize new methods and styles, including digitalization, efficiently and effectively.
We will work to improve business execution.
〇 Through a variety of media and opportunities, we aim to disseminate information that can be transmitted from the standpoint of residents.
Challenge through Connection
〇 We will promote cooperation and collaboration with partners such as diverse people, companies, and organizations, and challenge local issues and create new value.
〇 Through duties of ward or district charge system, we share the actual situation and problem of district and support local independent approach.
Team Asahi
〇 Develop human resources to learn together and achieve work-life balance so that staff can maximize their motivation and abilities.
We will work on work style reforms.
〇 The staff will cooperate across the board, work on solving problems with "Team Asahi", and promote the creation of an organization that grows together.
