Those who can plan and propose this proposal are those who have advanced expertise, skills, and experience from a wide range of perspectives, including town development, in the tourism and MICE fields, and who can assist in the development work of Motoichi, and , A person who meets all of the following requirements. In the event that a joint venture is formed by multiple corporations, at least one person including the representative corporation shall meet the requirements.
Person who is listed in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of 1 Reiwa 3.4.
2 Those who have a high level of expertise in both tourism and MICE, and have a track record of assisting the formulation of strategies related to tourism and MICE (including research work for formulation) from the national, local governments, or similar organizations between FY2016 and FY2020.

(1)Date and time of implementation: It is scheduled from 9:00 to 17:00 on Friday, March 11, 2021.
(2)Implementation site: Meeting room in the city hall (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
※Depending on the spread of infection in COVID-19 infection, interviews may be conducted via web conferencing.

1 Application Form for Participation
Companies wishing to participate in the proposal should submit the following documents.
・Participation Intention Application Form (Form 1): 1 copy
・Between FY2016 and FY2020, the government, local governments, or equivalent organizations have been entrusted with strategic development assistance services related to tourism and MICE (including survey work for formulation) Documents that can be confirmed (documents that show the name of the commissioned business, the contractor, the contract amount, the contract period, and the details of the work)
2. Proposal
Please submit the following documents for those who have submitted the application form and who have been approved for the proposal qualification.
・Proposals created based on (Form 3): 7 copies (1 original copy, 6 copies)
・Reference quotation (Form 4) and breakdown: 1 copy
・Intention proposal form for disclosure of proposal (Form 5): 1 copy
