Composition of aproposal participants (hereinafter referred to as "participants")

(a) Participants shall be a single corporation or a joint venture composed of multiple corporations and organizations.

In addition, when applying for a joint venture, the representative corporation and other joint corporations / organizations are determined, and the representative corporation performs the participation procedure.

(b) It is not possible for the same participant to make multiple proposals.

(c) You cannot be a member of multiple consortiums.

(d) After submitting the application form, in principle, the members of the consortium cannot be changed or added.

B. Participants requirements

　Those who have qualifications to participate are those who meet all of the following requirements (a) to (c).

　In addition, when making joint proposals by multiple businesses, it is acceptable if one or more members who meet all of the following requirements (a) to (c) are included.

(a) Reiwa 3.4 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), "Location Division" is registered as "city" and scale division is registered as "Small and Medium Enterprises".

(b) In the list of (a), "323: Advertisement" must be registered in the "Registration Event".

(c) Have a track record of publicity promotion for events with more than 50,000 visitors in the past five years.

C. Restrictions on Participants

　A person who falls under any of the following cannot be a participant. In the case of a joint venture, it cannot be included in the constituent organization.

(a) Taxes such as corporate tax, corporate municipal tax, consumption tax, local consumption tax, etc. are delinquent.

(b) Rehabilitation and rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act and the Civil Rehabilitation Act.

(c) Gangsters (refer to gangs prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (1991 Law No. 77)) or Gangster management governing corporations (Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (2011) Refers to gangster management governing corporations prescribed in Article 2, Item 5).

(d) Received corrective recommendations from the Labor Standards Inspection Office within two years (if any, have not been reported to the Labor Standards Inspection Office about the implementation of necessary measures).

In principle, the evaluation committee will give presentations and interviews on the contents of the proposal.

Applicants who have been notified that their eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why their eligibility was not confirmed. The written form will be counted from the day following the date on which the Creative Light Yokohama Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive Committee”) sent the notice, and will participate by 5:00 pm, 5 days after excluding Saturdays and holidays. The Executive Committee will respond in writing to those who request explanations within 5 days excluding Saturdays and holidays, starting from the day following the date on which the above document was received.

（２） The size of the paper shall be A4 size vertical. However, for Form 8, A4 size can be used.

（３） Please note the following items when preparing the proposal.

Oh, for fair evaluation, evaluation committee hides the name of proposal company and evaluates. Regarding Form 8, please do not list "Proposal company name" and "Expression that can estimate the proposed company name".

B. In the proposal, please describe the concept briefly.

C) It is possible to use image diagrams, illustrations, etc. to complement documents.

D. Characters should be at least 10 points in principle, except for notes.
