The conditions for participation must meet any of the conditions (1) or (2) and do not meet the restrictions of (3).

In addition, submit the “Application Form for Participation Intention (Joint Proposal (JV)) (Procedure-Related Form 2)”, which includes the name of the representative of the joint proposer other than the secretary and seals the respective representative. .
It is not possible to apply for multiple joint proposals. In addition, the person making the joint proposal cannot make the proposal alone.
D) All co-proposers shall fall under all of the preceding paragraphs (a) to (b).
