Those who can participate in this tender shall be those who meet all of the following requirements.
（１） In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), the registration order of "320 Various Survey Projects" is the first place, and there is a detailed "A: Market / Public Opinion Poll".
（２） Ensure the number of monitors required for the survey in the survey area.
（３） Have a track record of similar work in the past five years.
（４） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（５） A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) ( In the case of the Corporate Rehabilitation Act, it is not remarkably not a person who has received a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings).
