A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.
(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who is registered in item 316 "computer business" detailed Z "other" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4.
(3) Being a person who has not received nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from January 25, 2023 to the opening date.
(4) A person who has a track record of such work or equivalent work.
(5) Must have a track record of setting using the dashboard of network equipment introduced by Motoichi (details of introduction equipment are based on design documents)
