A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3rd and 4th years, and registering the business type "Other consignment" in the first place. However, although it has not yet been registered in the same list, at the time of submitting the application form for participation intention, it is currently being applied for the event specified to respond to the contract, and registration will be completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified. Those who are expected to do so are also eligible.
3. Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the date on which the contract candidate is specified.
4. Must have a track record of research and research for schools.
5. If the proposer is a company, it shall cooperate with the university (Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, etc.), if the proposer is a university, and a power of attorney from the partner shall be prepared by the time the proposal is submitted.

Notification of eligibility confirmation results

• We will confirm the proposal qualifications of applicants who intend to participate in this proposal, and notify the results of the proposal qualification confirmation by e-mail by Tuesday, May 10, 2022, regardless of qualifications. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
• An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat secretariat education policy promotion section by 17:00 five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
