A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3rd and 4th years, registered the business type "Various survey plans" in No. 1, and "Market / Public Opinion Poll" and "Consulting (excluding construction consulting)" in Detailed B.
3. It was registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) in Reiwa 3rd and 4th years, and registered the business type "Business such as construction consultants" in No. 1, and detailed A Must be a person who has registered "Construction Consultant / City Planning / Town Development", "Construction Consultant / PFI" in Hosume B, or "Other C.
4. Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the date on which the contract candidate is specified.
5. Not be a proposer of the "New Education Center Maintenance Project" that started recruiting on January 14, 2022.

5. Answer Sending date and method We will post on the website and reply by e-mail by Thursday, March 24, 2022.

Notification of eligibility confirmation results

• We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal and notify the proposal qualification confirmation result by mail by Wednesday, March 9, 2022, regardless of the qualification. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
• An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat secretariat education policy promotion section by 17:00 five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
