A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.

6. A person who has multiple network technicians with public qualifications and support desk work experience and has a system that can perform business.
7. Acquired the Privacy Mark set by the Japan Information Economy Society Promotion Association on January 24, 2022.
8. ASM (Apple School Manager) must have an account operation record of at least 340 schools (*).
9. There must be terminal management and operation results at a total (*) of 13,000 units or more in MDM used by Motoichi.
10. Have a track record of account operation and terminal operation in Google Workspace for education.
