A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Being a person who is registered in item 316 "computer business" detailed Z "other" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4.
- Being a person who has not received nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from March 10, 2022 to the opening date.
- Have experience in arranging terminal repairs and responding to inquiries in an organization of 5,000 or more users.
