１.　Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article
　　Be a person with the specified qualifications.
２.　In the Reiwa 3rd and 4th Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.), the item "Security" was ranked first in the registered item.
　　A person who has registered detailed "human security" among them.
３.　From the deadline for submitting the proposal participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, nomination based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension
　　A person who has not been suspended.
４.　Must be a security guard who has passed the first grade certification and a security guard who has passed the second grade certification.
５.　Achievements in fulfilling the duties stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Security Business Act and the duties stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Act as prime contractors

６.　Have a track record of security for the coming-of-age ceremony.
７.　Have a track record of security related to events of 10,000 participants.
