A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
  2. In the 5th and 6th year of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.), registered in the business event "033: Furniture / Furniture", and "General fixtures, furniture, A person who has registered the "Indoor Decoration" of Fine D, and who has registered the business event "350: Other Consignment, etc."
  3. Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day from the deadline for submitting the “Participation Intention Application Form” to the date on which the contract candidate is specified.
  4. Must have a track record of work such as advisory of the same type or similar facility.
  5. Must have a track record of studying furniture and furniture layouts of the same or similar facilities.

Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
