2. Have a qualification to participate in "345: Office work / business consignment detailed B training" or "316: Computer work" in the Yokohama City General Competitive B qualified person list (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
3. Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the bid participation intention application deadline to the bid date.
4. One of the following conditions must be met.

• A. Must be certified by ISO / IEC 27001 or JISQ27001.
• B. Must be certified by JIS Q 15001 (Privacy Mark).

5. Being certified as "Google Cloud Partner" by Google for EducationTM.
6. Hold more than one person with any of the following qualifications in the company.

• Amyclosoft Office Specialist or equivalent or higher qualification
• Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE)
• C. Information processing engineer examination qualification of basic information engineer or higher
• D. Education and Computerization Coordinator Level 3 or higher
• (E) Those who passed the ICT support staff ability certification test
