Those who are eligible for proposal in this proposal shall meet all of the following conditions.
1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person who has been approved for any of the following items and detailed registration in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignments, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6
・Those who have registered the detailed "B Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" of the event "320: Various survey projects"
Or,
・A person who has been registered in the event "350: Other entrustment, etc." and who has registered a business including "books" in detail.
3. Being a person who has not received the measures for suspension of nomination based on the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines from the deadline for submitting the “Application Form for Participation” to the date on which the contract candidate is specified.

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
- We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and notify the proposal qualification confirmation result by e-mail by Thursday, February 13, 2025, regardless of the qualification.
- Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
- Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

As this project assumes suspension condition that each Yokohama-shi accounting budget is approved by Yokohama-shi assembly in 2025, we do not guarantee conduct of business.

(5) The work implementation system described in the proposal cannot be changed except in extremely special cases such as illness, death or Retirement.
(6) No change in the content of the proposal will be accepted.
