A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) In the 5th and 6th year of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the business type "Various survey plans" was registered in the first place, and "Consultation (construction consulting, etc.) of detailed B) ".
(3) Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4) Must have a track record of this work or similar or similar work.

Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

As this project assumes suspension condition that each Yokohama-shi accounting budget is approved by Yokohama-shi assembly in 2025, we do not guarantee conduct of business.
