Let's learn natural garden! Workshop with Parents and Children

As part of the "Yokohama Green Up Plan", we will hold an event where children in the city can interact with familiar greenery and experience it in order to promote familiar greening with parents and children and get close to various greenery. Lecturer Paul Smither proposes the creation of an eco-friendly natural garden, and is active in garden design and construction, as well as in horticultural and garden magazines. "Shin-Yokohama Park Medou Garden" was designed at the National Urban Greenery Yokohama Fair in 2017. Why don't you take this opportunity to learn together with parents and children at Shin-Yokohama Park?

・Date: Sunday, November 29, 2020 From 10:00 to 12:00　※Rainy weather and stormy weather cancellation
・Venue: Shin-Yokohama Park (Nissan Stadium)
・Capacity: 15 groups 30 people (lottery if there are many applications)
・Target: Parents and children who live or work in the city or attend school (for elementary school students and above)
・Participation fee: Free of charge

・Contents: Familiar green courses, wildflower pot seedlings, visit Shin-Yokohama Park Medou Garden
