It has been 13 years since the Yokohama Wind Power Plant "Hama Wing" started operation in March 2007. Hama Wing is a symbolic business of Yokohama's environmental behavior, and is operated by sponsorship from businesses and revenue from electricity sales.
As for sponsorship, 16 companies have provided support for Hamawing's business operations as "Y (Yokohama)-Green Partners" from FY2017 to FY2021.
We are pleased to announce that ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Co., Ltd. will further support the Y (Yokohama)-Green Partner from FY2020 to FY2021.
We will continue to work with Y (Yokohama)-Green Partners to promote renewable energy through Hamawing.
