[Press Release] (Tentative name) We will conduct a sounding survey on the utilization of old folk house at To Terao 6-chome Park!

　In Yokohama-shi, we devise "basic policy about public-private partnership in park" in September, 2019 and decide to push forward utilization of park by cooperation with various main constituents more than before.
　As one of these projects, we will conduct sounding-type market research (dialogue) in order to explore the possibility of a business scheme that utilizes profits from the utilization of old folk house (Historic buildings registered in Yokohama) and the utilization of land adjacent to the planned park site in cooperation with private businesses.
　In this dialogue, we ask about utilization idea and decide park area and utilization method based on the result. In the case of proceeding as a public offering type project, a second dialogue will be held showing specific public offering conditions (draft).
