Construction soil generated by sewerage works in Seibu Wastewater Treatment Plant was used by the public at the site of the Koshiba oil storage facility.
A construction accident occurred at the site of Kumahama, Kanazawa, which was brought in as diversion soil for embankment of the garden maintenance project.
One worker (male in his 60s) and B in the existing oil storage tank during the temporary storage of the incoming construction soil.
It is presumed that the Ckho (construction heavy equipment) fell.
