We carried out training for heavy rain at pumping station, water reclamation center!

We checked the maintenance status and training status of major equipment such as rainwater pumps and private power generation equipment, and established a system in preparation for heavy rains such as the rainy season.
1 Overview of inspection
(１) Date and time: From 9:00 am to 11:45 am on Thursday, June 10, 2021
(２) Location: 11 all water reclamation centers in the city and 8 pumping stations under the jurisdiction of the water reclamation center

2. Contents of simultaneous inspection
(１) Confirmation of information transmission and support systems, etc., assuming flooding during heavy rain
(２) Inspection of the maintenance status of rainwater pump equipment and private power generation equipment
(３) Manual on-site operation that does not rely on automatic control assuming equipment failure
(４) Securing drainage functions assuming all power outages
(５) Training on drainage and sandbag construction, assuming inundation and high tides
(６) Water Reclamation Center's own training related to sewerage BCP
(７) Joint training by agreement about cooperation of emergency measures at the time of disaster about Yokohama-shi sewer facility
(８) Training using fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) power sources
(９) Inspection of equipment and civil engineering structures using drones
