After reviewing by the Yokohama City Park Public-PFI, which is made up of experts, we decided on a private company that will maintain and manage the Yamashita Park Rest House and surrounding gardens using Park-PFI. In the future, we will proceed with the procedure for the start of operation during FY2022.
